I am currently attending a two-year course in International Trade in the higher education department of Lycée les Arcades in Dijon. I study marketing, market research and languages but also logistics and negotiation and I want to work in the wines and spirits market once I have graduated. To validate my first year in the program, I did a 9-week internship in May/June 2015 at JF Hillebrand, USA, which is specialized in global beverages logistics. Thanks to this internship, I gained experience in corporate life and professional skills such as using different kinds of software.
This year, I have to do another internship focused on following up orders through the supply chain. I would like to have the opportunity to do it in a company which is in the wines and spirits industry. So I am looking for a company like yours, who has a strong reputation in the industry, where I might get some training through a supervised internship.
On my current programme, I have learned about importations and exportations of commodities, on the domestic market and above all worldwide. I am motivated and successful in executing tasks I have been entrusted with. I enjoy working in a dynamic environment and would use the experience I got with my previous internship to both fulfil the objectives of my internship and be beneficial to your company.
