After two months of internship in the United States in Los Angeles precisely, I am currently starting my second year of BTS in international trade and following this I have to do an internship of one month to validate my two years. I have already studied a few aspects of trade in a company; most of them are about new businesses and their development but also marketing, communication and social networks. Thanks to this I gained experience and motivation for my further internship.
This year I have to focus more on the supply chain in a foreign firm carrying out import or export trade operations during an unpaid placement of four weeks. I am living in Dijon, in Burgundy where wine trade takes an important place throughout the world. That’s why I am really interested in your company which is well known for its luxury wines and spirits trade in the world. I find the wine market very exciting and promising and always in evolution throughout the countries nowadays. I really appreciate your philosophy and the service you propose which needs to be adapted to your clients in the world. I also have a small experience with Burgundy wines, helping my father occasionally with his business.
During my studies I have learned how to deal with custom documents, transport management or international payments. In this internship I will have to assist during logistic operations or custom clearance operations and with the internal or external communication with supplier and customer. I am very motivated and able to work in team. I am also here to learn as much as I can, I enjoy working in a dynamic environment and fulfill the objectives of my internship while being beneficial to your company.
